Reconstruction and enlargement of the small fully automated
painting line

To stay up to the current stand of technology , we will modernize our small fully automated painting line and add 3 wet separations.
Therefore we can minimize long setting times, for replacing filter inserts and plant maintenance.
As well as visual, the painting line gets a "new face".
After the planned reconstruction time of approx. 5 weeks, we can produce on the current stand of technology solvent based paintings as well as water based painting materials.

Clean Air

In order to reach the VOC guidelines, the exhaust air will be cleaned and controlled by using a new technology.

To keep our painting lines up to the current stand of technology, we have developed a new method to clean the air. With an energy efficiency optimized procedure the air will be cleaned and solvent recycled.

August 2009

Completion of the ultra-modern paint line

Begin of August 2009 our new fully automatic continous process line was completed. The new "hard" of the Rechtenbacher GmbH could start the production on a very high level already from the beginning.



With this new line we can coat parts of small series as well as parts up to bumper measures and parts of nearly every geometry. Paintings with 1-3 layers could be combined. Like our other machines we have also this line equipped with a high-tech upstream 4-zone power wash line.


With painting robots of the newest generation we are able to coat parts with the highest reproducibility. The transportation and conveying system with different programs enables a highly flexible and economical production. This now current available technical high capacities could be enhanced anytime by a multi shift operation.

Ar GmbH celebrates Ground-breaking ceremony at the foot of the Ipf. Start of the construction of a new production hall.

(lind). On Friday, 26th September 2008 ar-GmbH was celebrating the initial ground breaking for the new production hall in Bopfingen. Execution and project management is done by the construction company Arlt Komplettbau situated Nördlingen.

The Rechtenbacher company is specialised on powder and wet paint coatings. In this area the company has a worldwide leading position. The founder and owner of the company Albert Rechtenbacher is very proud of a new stain-resistant nano coating. The company has developed a production process which allows the adaption of this technology in series production. The civil works of the new production hall with a length of nearly 55 meters and a width of approximately 45 meters is executed again by the company Arlt Komplettbau which is situated in Nördlingen. Design and engineering is done again by the local architect Herbert Rienmüller. The new production hall is an important project for the further expansion of ar-GmbH. Beside the current 40 employees, the company will hire additional 20 employees. The mayor of Bopfingen Dr. Gunter Bühler is therefore complimenting the entrepreneurial engagement and risk assumption of Albert Rechtenbacher who described the project as an important step to assure his position in the market.
